Why I Became a Quality of Life Coach..

I became a Quality of Life Coach because I know exactly how it feels to be overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and stretched too thin.


When I was going through it, I couldn’t find the right support—nothing that truly understood what I was experiencing. Eventually, life became unmanageable, and everything began to unravel. It was a turning point that forced me to stop, reassess, and rebuild—step by step.


Through that journey, I committed to learning the tools, mindset shifts, and strategies that helped me heal and grow. And now, I use those same tools to help other women—like you—create space to breathe, set boundaries, restore energy, and reconnect to what truly matters.


You don’t have to keep pushing through on your own. If you’re ready to make a change, I’m here to guide you—calmly, confidently, and one step at a time.

What if I can’t make every session live?

We’ll find a time that works for you for your 1:1 — The group session is held on the third Monday of the month at 7.30pm UK time

Is this just for people who did the free course?

Not at all. Anyone in health or social care who feels burned out, guilty, or stuck in old habits is welcome.
