I am an emotional wellbeing coach and clinical hypnotherapist.
My mission is to support women who give so much to everyone else to regulate their nervous system, release long-held stress, and reclaim a calmer, happier quality of life.
“I created "A Gentle Gathering at The Urquhart" for individuals who struggle around the festive season. This is following my own experiences around this time of year."
I believe it is an opportunity to have company in a calm, beautiful space where you can take time out for yourself to breathe, reflect, and feel lighter.
You don’t have to be alone, you can connect with a like minded community, having time for some lovely connection, and also some quality time for yourself.
With warmth and care,
Jo

A cold winter morning where the world feels quiet in a way that makes your chest ache.
Maybe you’re physically on your own… or maybe you’re surrounded by people yet still feeling painfully alone.
Either way, it’s heavy — and it’s tiring to keep pretending you’re fine.
Now imagine stepping into The Urquhart instead.
A calm space.
Warm company without pressure.
People who understand the feeling of carrying too much on your own, even in a busy season.
Just a gentle gathering — and a place where you can finally breathe.
